APPROACH

The business had historically operated multiple websites, with each division maintaining its own online presence. While this reflected the specialist nature of each service area, it created a fragmented user experience and made it difficult for customers to understand the full breadth of the company’s capabilities.

Our objective was to bring all five divisions together under a single digital platform that would strengthen the group’s overall brand presence while continuing to showcase the expertise of each specialist division.
