Leadenhall approached the redesign with the goal of elevating their digital presence to better reflect the sophistication and personality of their brand. The existing website lacked the depth, energy, and clarity needed to communicate their consultative approach and differentiate them within a competitive market. Our objective was to create a modern, highly engaging platform that would bring the Leadenhall brand to life through motion, interaction, and storytelling. We focused on designing an experience that felt dynamic yet refined, balancing professionalism with subtle moments of delight. Working collaboratively, we translated Leadenhall’s values into a digital language, introducing a design system that emphasised clarity, confidence, and movement. Every interaction was considered, ensuring the experience not only looked visually compelling but also guided users seamlessly through the site.

ACTIONS

The redesign process began with a full UX review, mapping out user journeys to ensure clear pathways for both clients and candidates. We refined the site architecture to prioritise key messaging and improve accessibility to core services, allowing users to quickly understand Leadenhall’s offering and take action.

From a design and development perspective, we introduced a suite of interactive features to enhance engagement. Smooth animations and scroll-based image reveals were implemented to create a sense of flow and progression throughout the site. Dynamic count-up statistics were used to highlight key achievements, reinforcing credibility in a visually impactful way.

A standout feature of the homepage is the interactive world map, complete with pulsating location markers. This element not only adds visual interest but also subtly communicates Leadenhall’s reach and influence, supporting the narrative of a globally connected recruitment partner.
