The Brand

House of Pom Pom is a celebration of joy, color, and craftsmanship, born from a simple yet transformative accessory: the pom pom earring. What began as a personal obsession with the playful, eye-catching charm of pom poms quickly grew into a brand that elevates them into luxurious, wearable art. Every pair is handmade by a small team of skilled women across the UK, crafted from the finest Italian tulle to capture movement, lightness, and sophistication. House of Pom Pom designs for women who are confident, expressive, and unapologetically themselves, accessories that don’t just complete an outfit, but transform the way you feel, walk, and show up in the world.

Approach

Our goal was to create a digital and physical identity that reflected the brand’s joy, elegance, and craftsmanship, while allowing the product itself to shine. The design needed to feel timeless and luxurious, yet approachable, an online and tactile experience that would mirror the care, skill, and love behind every pom pom.

 

We aimed to let the earrings take center stage, guiding the design toward a restrained palette of creams and whites that evoke sophistication and lightness. Typography choices, a serif for headings and a sans serif for body text, were selected to balance elegance with readability, creating a refined, editorial feel that complements the playful spirit of the brand.

ACTIONS

We delivered a full-spectrum brand experience across identity, packaging, web design, and development:  

Branding & Visual Identity: Established a timeless, luxurious look with soft neutrals, elegant typography, and understated design that allows the earrings to remain the hero. 

Packaging Design: Crafted tactile, minimal packaging that reflects the brand’s handcrafted nature and premium quality.

Web Design & Development: Built a fully responsive Shopify store with a focus on product storytelling, effortless navigation, and seamless ecommerce functionality. 

User Experience: Created a clean, intuitive online journey that emphasizes discovery, product details, and the story behind each handcrafted pair.
