We’ve worked with NU:YU to design a mobile-first Shopify experience that matched its clinical credibility and modern elegance while driving subscriptions and conversions. The platform needed to clearly communicate the science behind HEXCELL™, build immediate trust, and create a seamless path to purchase, particularly for users on mobile devices.

To bring this vision to life, we focused on a clean, minimal design that blended editorial sophistication with functional clarity. Our UX strategy emphasized intuitive navigation, quick education, and persuasive product presentation.

We translated HEXCELL™’s scientific strength into digestible messaging and visual cues. Soft animations, intelligent icons, and bold yet refined typography. This guided users through benefits quickly and confidently, while UGC and verified reviews reinforced trust and real-world results.

ACTIONS

We designed a fast, intuitive user journey tailored for mobile, where most of NU:YU’s traffic originates. Sticky CTAs and swipeable carousels made browsing and purchasing effortless, while a simplified checkout minimised friction. On the backend, we built a scalable Shopify system that gave the NU:YU team control over content and merchandising, making ongoing updates simple and efficient.

The final platform is a sophisticated expression of NU:YU’s promise: science-backed skincare that delivers real results. The experience reflects clinical trustworthiness and modern luxury, while subtly guiding users toward commitment via subscriptions and repeat purchasing.
