    Jaleesa Jaikaran is a highly sought-after makeup artist renowned for her impeccable skill in perfecting skin tones across all shades. Having trained with industry icons like Kabuki, Pat McGrath, and Diane Kendal, and worked on prestigious fashion weeks in New York, Milan, and Paris, Jaleesa has built a remarkable career. Her artistry has been featured in top-tier publications including Elle, Glamour, Teen Vogue, Essence, Vogue Italia, and Refinery29. Jaleesa’s work is defined by a deep passion for beauty, an expert eye for color, and an unwavering attention to detail. She also shares her expertise through a pre-recorded masterclass series, guiding beauty enthusiasts and professionals alike through her signature looks, insider techniques, and creative process.

    APPROACH


    Jaleesa aimed to create a digital presence that truly embodied the elegance and expertise of her makeup artistry. The objective was to design a sophisticated, visually stunning, and highly intuitive website that would beautifully showcase her diverse portfolio. Additionally, the site needed to seamlessly support rich multimedia content and e-commerce capabilities, providing a platform that could grow with her brand while delivering an effortless user experience for both industry professionals and clients.

    Our team designed and built the Jaleesa Jaikaran website on Squarespace 7.1, focusing on a clean, visually impactful layout that highlights Jaleesa’s portfolio and client work. We prioritized strong visual identity and intuitive navigation to engage visitors effortlessly. The website incorporated multimedia elements such as images and videos to bring Jaleesa’s artistry to life. We also integrated e-commerce features to support direct sales and bookings. Throughout the build, we ensured the site was mobile-responsive to provide an optimal experience across devices. While working within the framework’s customisation limits, we optimised the design and user flow to maximise impact and usability.

     The website successfully positioned Jaleesa Jaikaran as a premium makeup artist with a compelling online presence. The strong visual identity and user-friendly design attracted increased engagement from both industry professionals and potential clients. The responsive, all-in-one platform streamlined content management and multimedia integration, enabling Jaleesa to easily update her portfolio and services. Despite some platform constraints, the site delivered a polished, professional experience that aligned perfectly with Jaleesa’s brand values and artistic vision.
