Over the decades, the awards have celebrated innovation, quality, and architectural excellence, showcasing the most beautifully designed residential properties across the country. Today, they remain a prestigious platform that highlights outstanding contributions to housing design, influencing standards and inspiring the industry nationwide.

APPROACH

Having previously worked with Housing Design Awards to modernise and refresh their website, FDRY continues to support the brand by developing their email marketing and social media. This year, the focus is on promoting the annual Housing Design Awards event, increasing engagement and awareness through targeted campaigns that highlight the awards’ prestige and showcase standout residential projects.

ACTIONS

Building on our previous work redesigning and enhancing the Housing Design Awards website, the FDRY team expanded our support to include developing targeted email marketing campaigns and dynamic social media content aimed at promoting the annual awards event. We carefully crafted engaging visuals, compelling storytelling, and clear messaging that highlighted key award categories and showcased shortlisted schemes to captivate the audience. In addition, we implemented detailed segmentation and scheduling strategies to ensure content was delivered to the right audience at optimal times, maximising reach, engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness across multiple digital channels.
