THE BRAND

NAOS is an international brand combining Health, Beauty & Well-being. They work with healthcare professionals from across the globe and focus on the better perseverance of the skin ecosystem and to strengthen its natural mechanisms. They bring high quality skincare ranges that aim to cater for all skin types, whatever their sensitivity or environment.

APPROACH

Having established a relationship with the NAOS team, the FDRY creative team was able to understand the pain points that NAOS were experiencing with their former platform. Resulting in the newly founded “NAOS Cloud” system. 

We sought to solve their issue by mapping out clear journeys and ensuring all needs for users were met through the new platform, for example what information the NAOS team needed to communicate internally, what areas would be useful in which formats, and how it was best to structure the intranet.

 

ACTIONS

Having worked closely with the NAOS branding in previous projects, the FDRY creative team applied the existing branding to the newly built structure of NAOS Cloud to create a sense of familiarity and uniformity. 

The FDRY development team was able to implement a seamless functional journey for the screens created, taking into account the backend and the NAOS team that would be handling the content upload and content creation. 

 

RESULT

NAOS resulted in a fully bespoke intranet where they are able to share necessary marketing information between teams.
