London Road Jewellery focuses on delivering handmade luxury pieces named after iconic places in London. Ranging from bold and eye-catching to elegant and chic, the London Road look incorporates rose, white and yellow gold with diamonds, pearls and a wide choice of dazzling gemstones including unusual cuts and lesser known gems such as ritualised quartz.

APPROACH

London Road approached the FDRY team to create a new design concept for their e-commerce shop, looking to elevate the user experience through reviewed journeys and a modern interface. London Road wanted to maintain their logo and primary colours to maintain familiarity with existing customers.

ACTIONS

FDRY started with the design process by reviewing the website structure and completing a heuristic analysis to ensure everything was fully optimised to encourage users to convert. We continued to create the new interface, including a new style of banners to outline promotions, a more up to date mega-menu, as well as a fully reviewed categories and product page.

 

RESULT

London Road resulted in a modern luxury jewellery e-commerce experience that brings their products and offerings to the forefront of the user experience.
