2023 wrapped! As a digital marketing agency, we are very proud of the fantastic work from our team of marketers, designers and web developers this year. From exciting projects, new clients, and new team members, 2023 has certainly been a year to remember! This is why we are so pleased to share with you our 2023 FDRY Showcase.
A year in the life of a digital agency
Starting off big in January we kicked the ball rolling with 1X Blue’s ecommerce Shopify site going live at the end of month. Our team of designers and developers did a great job at developing a stunning desktop and mobile website.
This year, we continued our work with RBR Active who, very excitingly, won Dragon’s Den back in March. Their victory in the den saw an increase in traffic to their website and so we were hard at work behind the scenes to ensure a streamlined website, and the UX design was of tip-top quality! The team at FDRY have also been working on an exciting new project for RBR Active, which has involved designing the packaging and branding for their products.
As with the last 4 years at FDRY, in 2023 we continued our work with The Housing Design Awards. We love working with HDA and this year we have been involved in some very exciting work, from building a mega database of all of their fantastic schemes to configuring their search engine.
The behind the scenes work of a digital agency
At FDRY, we work continually with our clients around the year to ensure their websites are constantly up-to-date and everything is ticking along smoothly. This year we have continued working with our fabulous clients, such as: Nikki Makeup, EV Hub, GS Construction, Alex Tart, London Road Jewellery, Calling, Bottl, Sterling, and A Weathered Penny. From UX design, UI work, server maintenance, product launches to website refreshes and subscription service building, we are consistently working behind the scenes to ensure all our clients’ websites are of the highest-quality and design.
In July the FDRY team had a day out and attended the MAD//Fest for a day of inspiration and innovation. The FDRY team particularly enjoyed the brand innovation stage, where we heard a variety of interesting talks in digital marketing and advertising!
During the summer months, we were approached by Frank Investments who gave us the challenge of leading their website refresh. The focus was to maintain their heritage and legacy whilst also designing a modern interface and sleek user experience – this was a very enjoyable project, and both the team at FDRY and Frank Investments were very pleased with the results.
Welcoming new team members
As summer came to a close, we had some fantastic news! Emmy, aka FDRY’s digital marketing guru, was welcomed into the team! Bringing along her expertise in social media management, Emmy has since kick started some really fun and exciting digital marketing projects!
2023: the year of the website refresh
2023 was the year of website refreshes! Our long-time client, DSA Connect, approached us with a website redesign project. Our wonderful team got to work straight away and the results were fantastic – a polished design carefully tailored for their target audience!
Throughout 2023, we have been working with Trade Centre, completing regular updates on their website. In October our web developers and designers took on Trade Centre’s website redesign project which went live at the end of the month. The website refresh was a huge success and both us and the team at Trade Centre were very proud of the outcome.
The expansion of our digital marketing team
November was a busy month for FDRY as we started with our long-time client Sakura on their marketing journey. As such November saw the expansion of our digital marketing team, as we welcomed Ben and Katie into the FDRY family. We are really looking forward to seeing our digital marketing team take on some new and very exciting projects in 2024.
And so that brings us to now, December. As we look back on such a fabulous year, we can’t help but be excited for 2024 and the success (and craziness!) we know will come along with it. With some exciting projects already in the pipeline, we can’t wait to see what the new year holds for FDRY!
